Shipping policy

Processing & dispatch

  • Orders are made ready and dispatched within 2–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  •  

    Made-to-order / Pre-order items
    Some pieces are made to order when they are not currently in stock. If your order includes a made-to-order item, please allow 4–6 weeks for production before dispatch. Production time starts from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

    If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may:

    • ship everything together once the made-to-order item is ready, or

    • split the shipment (where practical). If we split shipments, you will receive tracking details for each parcel.

     

  • During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing may take a little longer. We’ll email you if there is any unusual delay.

Carriers & services

  • UK: Evri standard delivery as default; upgraded/express options may be offered at checkout when available.

  • International: Services are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

Free-shipping thresholds

  • UK: Free standard shipping.

  • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over £100 GBP (or the equivalent in your selected currency at checkout).
    Threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes/shipping.
    Bulky/fragile items may be excluded; any exclusions will be noted on the product page.

Tracking & confirmation

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your parcel leaves us.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your household, neighbours and local depot first, then contact us.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

  • Any import duties, taxes or handling fees are charged by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot mark parcels as gifts or lower the value.

Non-delivery & returns to sender

  • Parcels returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal of customs fees can be resent at the buyer’s cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a parcel has been dispatched.

PO Boxes / remote areas

  • Some services may not deliver to PO Boxes or remote locations. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
